Big Main Group

This all ages, all skills boing class brings everyone together- kids, teens, and adults, from beginners to experienced fighters in one dynamic group. Recreational boxers and members of our Competitive team train side by side but with clear differences in expectations. Competitive athletes are pushed harder with more intense drills and conditioning, while recreational boxers focus on their own goals at a comfortable pace. Everyone shares a supportive, high-energy setting. It's a great chance to learn from each other, improve your fitness, and grow your skills, whether you're boxing for fun or for the ring. Everyone is welcome, and everyone works according to their own level and purpose.

Our Parkinson's' boxing class is a specially designed, non contact program designed to help manage symptoms through movement, coordination, and rhythm based training. Boxing workouts can stimulate the brain and support dopamine release, which is especially important for people with Parkinson's as the disease is linked to a loss of dopamine producing cells. The class includes footwork, balance drills, punching combinations, and mobility exercises that challenge both the body and mind. Beyond the physical benefits, the routine helps improve mood, confidence, and quality of life all in a supportive and uplifting group setting.
